This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take the next step in their caree. Join the senior management team of this international service provider to the tertiary education sector as an Account Director.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of their University partners. Ensuring that all service level agreements are met at the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure strong professional relationships are built with University partners
- Manage all KPI's in accordance to the service level agreements in place and report back to key stakeholders
- In-depth reporting on marketing activity, budgets, student acquisition and course design
- P&L management for the business unit, review and reporting
To be considered for this position you will have:
- A tertiary education a degree in Business or Marketing will be highly regarded
- Previous experience working with Universities is crucial
- Exposure to course design and education marketing strategies will be highly regarded
- The willingness to travel on a regular basis
- Exposure to managing P&L's exceeding $2,000,000
