Our established support network enables coverage of the South-Eastern hemisphere. We are fully aware of the importance attached to quality support and continued software developments keeping our clients in a lead position with regard to competitiveness and back up.

Our backup and support services ultilise the latest tools available and we are constantly looking to improve support service levels. Conventionally, our sites are able to acquire 24hrsx7day (24/7) support via telephone, facsimile messaging, voicemail messaging and direct modem access. Web tools and internet transfer protocols (TCP/IP) are also deployed.

The experience of our hospitality consultants also contributes to our overall support service quality. Adopting "Best Practices" and "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) help improve the usage levels of the Management and Marketing modules built within the overall systems. This, needless to say, leads to numerous operational benefits. Hotech Limited (Mauritius) is particularly active in this area and has trained and setup numerous onsite system supervisors that invariably become strong front line Systems Support Supervisors when the need arises.
