ONE HOSPITALITY SYSTEM

Our system currently used by hotels, resorts, golf country clubs, major tour operators, restaurants and all sorts of hospitality industry ventures.

Reservations
The reservations module controls all the property reservations functions and has access to other modules. It features a high degree of flexibility but is still controlled by management to suit the operation. Rules are generally established in the property setup but they can be changed at any time.
Packages
A comprehensive package module that controls the selling and subsequent charging of rooms and services is a feature of the system. A package sale would generally include some add ons and some of these may be optional while others are standard.
Holiday Packages
Resort properties often find standard hotel operations form only one part of their business. Resorts may offer a whole range of value added services which, when sold to guests often generate a significant portion of overall revenue. Holiday Packages provide a simple link between Hotel Packages and a collection of activities(tours). They enable availability of both rooms and other products to be checked at the point of reservation and returned as one value. The full booking comprising of rooms and components can be completed in one step.
Direct Sales
Every penny of revenue a hotel receives transits our system. Guest charging and subsequent payments are covered in the front office system but in addition to this a Direct Sale module manages all non-guest revenue. Cash sales, recurring account charges, staff accounts, management accounts and functions are routinely handled . The tour & activity systems can sell to these accounts.
Sales & Marketing (Hotels & Resorts)
Comprehensive enquiry tools are included to provide marketing departments with information unequalled in other systems.
Night Audit
A one button night audit is featured allowing full hotel operation while night audit is processing. THERE IS NO DOWNTIME.
Accounts Receivable
A fully featured accounts receivable module is included as standard. Full integration to the front office, general ledger and trust accounting modules is provided.
Housekeeping
The housekeeping module provides for the efficient management of rooms throughout the system. The module provides for instant integration of room status to other modules of the system.
Golf Management
The activity module can readily be applied to golf and country clubs. Clubs can manage tee times and handle all aspects of equipment hire and when this module is used in conjunction with the Point of Sale system the functionality flows through to bars and restaurants. All charges associated with club operations are automatically processed through to the financial statements. The flexiblity of our approach means there are few restrictions.
Tour & Activity System
The Tours & Activity module enables properties to make reservations on, and post charges to virtually anything. Management modules are provided to control the creation of activities with total flexibility in the establishment process.
Point of Sale
The point of sale (POS) module is designed to provide a full integrated solution for properties not wishing to move down the path of dedicated point of sale servers. It offers a low cost alternative to dedicated point of sale servers or cash registers, yet still allows full front office connectivity. A strong feature list superior even to those provided by dedicated point of sale providers is offered.
Stock Control
Provides all the standard features of stock control systems and when used in conjuction with the POS system and it's recipe management an integrated approach to stock decrementation is seen. The system can be run stand alone with other POS systems.
Interfaces
Efficient interfaces to virtually anything can be included in any installation. Our interfaces satisfy the features of any third party product and will be installed at the lowest possible cost when compared to our competitors.
Back Office
The front office system includes Accounts Receivable modules as standard and even this includes several installation options. The system allows seamless connectivity to virtually any back ofice system since the linkages are provided in the front office system.
Trust Accounting
The owner management system handles all the complexities associated with the management of apartment hotels, condominiums etc where separate rooms are individually owned.
Education Module
CHARMS incorporates a training module that in the hotel environment allows a "model" of the property to be established. Trainees can then learn to use the system utilising real data. The education module goes further and is used by colleges and universities as an aid in the training of students in hospitality systems.
